Appearance:
Pale straw yellow with good long lasting head
Aroma:
Smells like lychees with floral overtones.
Taste:
Hoppy first and a tangy fruit comes through and then some juicy malt to balance it all. The finish is very dry with bitter hops and a touch of citrus fruit.
Overall:
An English IPA with a touch of the American style in a good way a fine new interpretation of a classic style.
