Appearance:
Slightly clou straw gold with large lasting head
Aroma:
Very hoppy with almost a pine resin smell and just a hint of malt.
Taste:
Intially the flavour is toasted malt and then the hops come in with the touch of pine. The finish is long bitter and drying with hints of malt, seaweed and also some acidic fruit
Overall:
Not easy drinking as it is very bitter but it is a pilsner with a twist and I am sad that this beer will be gone.
7.5/10
