Ayinger Celebrator

Finally a new beer a German double bock. Beers are getting harder to track down now.

Appearance:

Rich ruby red with a midsize off white head that stays in the glass
Aroma:
Roasted malt with coffee and a fig sweetness with a hint of hopiness
Taste:

Vinous fruits with a touch of malt and big spicy hops. The finish is long with the coffee and figs of the aroma and the vinous fruits being balanced by a good chunk of dry bitter hops

Overall:

A well balanced beer more bitter than my usual dutch style bocks very easy drinking and perfect carbonation. A nice autumn beer but not something I would hunt out
7.5/10
