Salopian Shropshire Gold

Apperance

Pale gold with white head

Aroma

Elderflower and lychee with a good backing of grain and malt.

Taste

Peppery hops soon give way to bitter hops and tea finally some fruitless comes in to the background. The finish is mouth dryingly bitter with a strong tea flavour but strangely moreish.

Overall

Not what I was expecting but very moreish

8/10
